By accessing or using AutoPinPress ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Service. AutoPinPress is a product designed to help Pinterest creators automate their content generation and publishing workflows.

2. Use of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any associated credentials (such as WordPress Application Passwords or Pinterest API tokens). AutoPinPress is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3. Credits and Subscriptions

AutoPinPress operates on a credit-based system. Each subscription plan provides a specific number of "Words" and "Image Credits" per month.

• Credits are allocated at the start of each billing cycle.
• Unused credits do not roll over to the next month unless explicitly stated in your plan.
• We reserve the right to change our pricing and credit costs at any time with prior notice.

4. Content Generation & AI

Our Service uses Artificial Intelligence and third-party technology partners to generate text and images. While we strive for high quality, we do not guarantee the accuracy, suitability, or legality of the generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published to your WordPress site or Pinterest account.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purposes, including but not limited to:

• Generating spam, deceptive, or malicious content.
• Violating Pinterest's or WordPress's community guidelines and terms.
• Infringing upon any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Attempting to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service's infrastructure.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoPinPress shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or platform accounts (Pinterest/WordPress) resulting from your use of the Service.
